NewHope Midnite Milkmaid

Minnie (Yearling Heifer)

This is a sweet, spunky little heifer.  She has a sweet, but somewhat shy, personality, and has had minimal halter training at this point.  Her dam is doing well as a family milk cow at her new home, and with good milk production lines coming from Milkman as well, we expect Minnie to also have good production.  She is fairly small-statured with nice conformation, and has turned into quite the little beefy-butt girl.

2/22/17 SOLD!  Minnie has gone to her new home with my friends Eric & Lisa at Sola Gratia Farm in Barbourville, KY.

UPDATE Aug 2021 – Minnie has matured into a lovely cow (recent photo at right). She has been serving as a family milk cow, and peaks close to 5 gallons/day, then maintains around 4 gallons/day through the remainder of her lactation. Pretty impressive for a little cow! She has produced some very nice calves, and I’m happy to be bringing her genetics back to my herd through them.
