Shiner did it again! Another lovely heifer by Thomas, just in black this time. Frida is a stout, well-built girl with a sweet, friendly disposition.

Frida had her first calf, which didn’t make it. So she became a well-trained milk cow, with a beautiful udder & great production for a first freshener. She’s now being a wonderful momma to her second calf. I’m very happy with how she’s maturing!

10/26/23 Frida unexpectedly passed away this morning. It is an absolutely heartbreaking loss for me. I had hoped to keep her around for many years, as I just loved her to bits. She always had a friendly greeting for anybody who visited the herd. I will miss her terribly. Rest in peace, my dear sweet, sweet Frida.
